CHILDCARE (Live-In Or Live-Out)

Care Xpertz also provides nannies to make it easier for families to find their match. We are aware that this is a very difficult and yet, important process. Our Agency conducts all necessary checks and references from previous employers and we provide our clients with the profiles of all our candidates. The profiles usually include criminal background checks and personality screening. We also require our nannies to be trained in the administration of CPR, First Aid, and to be tested for tuberculosis.

Our nannies have a pool of experience in caring for children, also housekeeping and laundry. They are licensed to drive and have their reliable transportation (upon request), and are fluent in English.

Our nannies are experienced child care providers with the main responsibility of keeping your children safe, engaged and happy. Care Xpertz nannies are also warm, enthusiastic and responsible individuals. Our nannies also have experience in dealing with the routines of children which may include, but is not restricted to:

• Implementing daily schedules
• Planning educational games
• Arts & crafts projects
• Outdoor activities
• Housekeeping

Our nannies focus on the safety and development of the children, their daily hygiene, meal preparation, diaper changing, potty-training or doctors’ appointments. Our nannies also follow instructions by parents, run errands for the family, monitor / assist responsible party with medicine, drive the kids to school, assist with homework or teach the child a new language.

Our live-in nannies have similar duties as live-out nannies, but if the family prefers a more flexible schedule from the nanny, a live-in nanny would be a perfect solution – however, the family should provide a room for the nanny. Our Part-Time nannies work with flexible schedules and it could be five days per week or just one day per week with a minimum of 4 hours. Our Weekend nannies stay overnight or during the day for few hours per day to monitor your kids.

Care Xpertz also has experienced nannies who provide the highest level of care for toddlers during the first coupleyears of their lives. We offer a non-judgmental and educational support for the new parents with gentle guidance and education. Parents can also gain the opportunity to learn about appropriate breastfeeding and how to establish a healthy sleep pattern throughout the night.
