The following list is just some of the requirements in our qualifying process:

• Must have care giving experience and be certified by the Department of Public Health
• Must provide proof of their qualifications and skills as well as their experience
          ○   All references verified
• Must pass a competency examination regarding the handling of emergency situations
• Must pass OSHA examination regarding blood borne illness and pathogens
• Must pass HIPPA examination regarding patient privacy and legal obligations
• Must pass driver safety test if driving will be included in job duties
          ○   Includes the review of the Department of Motor Vehicle records
• Tested on core values, integrity and ethics
• Must pass Care Xpertz orientation and testing on company policies and procedures
• Must pass physical capabilities assessment
• Screening regarding knowledge of care with disease, and physical limitations
• Tested for tuberculosis including chest x-rays if necessary
• Must pass Care Xpertz transfer training

• All Care Xpertz caregivers are subject to a nationwide criminal background check
• Social Security Cards and identity verified
• Checked through the Office of Inspector General Fraud and Exclusions
• Must pass a Nationwide Sex Offenders screening

Our Care Xpertz Caregivers Are all Insured, Bonded, and under the cover of Worker’s Compensation.

Our Nutrition Xpertz program consists of a mixture of appetizing recipes for the different diagnosis and helps our caregivers provide the required care for your loved one.
