PROFILE
With-in our society there is a group of adults that are facing a challenge that generations before did not have to consider. Most modern families are two income families with both spouses working. When they are faced with the need for someone to stay home and care for a loved one, it can be a life changing event. Someone must choose between the career they have worked to achieve and the care of someone (that they love) who needs them. The alternative is to work with a professional caregiver company.
When a caregiver is chosen they are faced with a job that is extremely important, very stressful and often the work involved is underestimated.
This inevitable issue was the inspiration for the creation of Care Xpertz. Care Xpertz was founded in 2015 with the concept that the caregiver and the cared-for must both feel appreciated and respected. This simple yet overlooked idea has made way for the care system that works for everyone and the balance of the happy family is restored.
Care Xpertz has a Quality Assurance Care Program which ensures that we consistently provide quality caregivers, in-home services and customer service.
Our Quality Assurance department has the priority of ensuring that all clients and their families are happy with our care and Caregivers. We have a QA department which routinely calls clients to review our care provision and document the feedback to provide sufficient support to the family members.
As a part of the program, our Account Managers schedule phone calls on a regular basis to family members of our clients so that our care remains tailored to the changing needs of everyone.
There are also supervisory visits by Account Managers to observe the interaction between caregivers and clients. These visits from Account Managers, occur at least once every quarter. The program also operates at the same level with our in-home care services at no additional cost to our clients.
The satisfaction of our caregivers is monitored by our Quality Assurance of Care Program with surveys with regards to their daily experiences on the job. This data is then analyzed, and new strategies are implemented to improve the training of our staff, their benefits and the culture of the company.
Our program was established to promote constant communication between our staff and your loved ones. The program ensures that your loved one contributes to the arrangements and improvements can be made when necessary. We strive to deliver a positive Care Xpertz experience which is pleasant for our clients and employees.
This program aims at providing the best customer service and experience to potential and existing clients. Our Care Xpertz representative meets your loved one and develops a customized care plan which is tailored to the specific needs of your loved ones. See how Care Xpertz can help your family!!
In contrast with most caregiver agencies who require their clients to use their services for a minimum of four to six hours per day, at Care Xpertz, we require only two hours. Within two hours a day, our caregiver can aid your loved ones. We also provide a 24-hour caregiver depending on the need of your loved one.
Due to a busy schedule, you may be unable to prepare a healthy meal for your loved one or take them for a walk. We understand that it is not an easy task to care for ill or aged, or disabled loved ones and keep up with the needs of their health.
Therefore, our Caregivers are sent to designated homes or locations, to aid where it is needed.
At Care Xpertz, we strive to give your loved ones the best quality in-home care that would be like that given by a family member, with so much love and care.
The basis for our 2-hour minimum is that we believe in the flexibility of leaving the decision to the clients and their families. This lack of a reasonable hourly minimum implies that loved ones will be charged for extra time when care is not needed.
Care Xpertz cares about the wellbeing of our clients and their financial situation as we know how costly it may be to hospitalize or institutionalize an ill or aged loved one. We provide the most affordable in-home care which is also second to none in quality.
All our Caregivers have been carefully selected after series of screening and are also given industry-leading training to enable them to provide the best care for your loved ones.
We know that punctuality plays a crucial role in our industry and the livelihood of clients. Care Xpertz emphasizes on the importance of arriving on time to your loved one’s residence as well as providing the seniors with the best elder care. We also provide care for physically challenged individual and children with love and compassion.
All our Caregivers are overseen by our Real-Time Caregiver Monitoring System. This monitoring system allows us to keep records on our caregivers and record their attendance and response to emergencies to ensure that a caregiver arrives promptly. Where a caregiver fails to reach the home of the senior within the time, we reach out to him / her until they arrive to the home safely.
Our Real Time Caregiver Monitoring gives us countless benefits, such as reduction of manual documentation which will minimize potential human errors. The accumulated data is integrated into our billing process and this makes it accurate and efficient and allows us to manage schedules and resolve issues with our caregivers.
Moreover improves the communication between the Caregivers and our offices to provide a better in-home care for your loved ones.
We all wish to improve the quality of life for our loved ones who have a long-term illness, and we believe that with the combination of doctors and caregivers, we can manage the disease and reduce the effect on our loved one.
Disease management starts with proper diet and exercising. At Care Xpertz, we have the relevant resources which can help you understand the important role of nutrition and physical activity in the body.
Eating a proper and nutritious diet may reduce the risk of some diseases and strengthen the immune system. It also reduces the disease symptoms. Exercise or physical activity can also help to improve the mental health of a person.
At Care Xpertz, we are well-informed on disease treatment and management. During our free in-home consultations, we assess the needs and current medical condition of your loved ones to ensure that the care will be given according to their condition.
